I shouldn't say that I had a cooking 'disaster' so much as a cooking mistake. I thought I thawed the whole chicken out before I put BBQ sauce on it and threw it in the oven, but apparently not. I cut into it, and it was still bleeding. F bomb.
I also tried to make these peanut butter and chocolate puff pastries, but I didn't let that bake long enough either. I am going to throw both items back in the oven and see what happens.
Casey's experiments are going better than mine are, which is ideal- I'd rather screw up dinner one night and have his experiments working at school.
